Please note: Careful usage is advised to avoid damage. Avoid overinflation, standing or lying on the wings, and jumping on/from the kayak. A repair kit is provided but glue is not included due to shipping regulations.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of lacrimose.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of lacrimose.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Even if you're a rookie who's never stepped foot into one before, trust me when I say that handling this thing will be a breeze! But wait till we talk about comfort - oh boy! This isn't your run-of-the-mill inflatable kayak that leaves your backside sore after an hour of paddling. No way Jose! The seating arrangement here is so comfy it feels like floating on air while surrounded by water. So whether you're planning for a short jaunt across the pond or gearing up for a long day exploring uncharted waters, rest assured knowing that discomfort won’t even make its way onto your list of worries. All said and done though - what really gets me gushing over this kayak is how perfect it fits into any scenario involving water-based fun – leisurely paddling sessions under sunny skies or adrenaline-pumping water-skiing adventures; whatever floats your boat (or should we say ‘kayak’), right?

This thing holds up like nobody's business! It doesn't matter if the waves are playing nice or throwing a tantrum; this kayak stays rock solid through it all. But what really blew my socks off was how well it maneuvers. I mean it moves around so smoothly and seamlessly, almost feels like dancing on water! Whether I wanted to take sharp turns or glide along leisurely paths, it handled everything brilliantly without any hiccups. Last weekend was its maiden voyage at our local lake and man oh man did we have an amazing time! The sun shining down on us while we paddled away without care in the world...it was pure bliss!
The durability of this thing is through the roof. It's built like a tank but doesn't feel heavy or cumbersome at all. You know how some products just give up on you after a few uses? Yeah, not this one. It'll stick with you through thick and thin. There's enough room in here for everything you could possibly need and then some more! And yet despite its generous capacity, it never feels bulky or unwieldy which is really something else! But what really seals the deal for me is how easy-to-use it is - especially for beginners like myself who are still learning the ropes. The design isn’t complicated; there aren’t any tricky parts to figure out or convoluted instructions to follow – just straightforward functionality that makes life easier instead of harder.
